130 gm unsalted butter 
250 gm castor sugar (saya kurangkan 200 gm) 
 

2 nos eggs 
 
C (mixed well) 
1 tsp coffee emulco (saya tak letak sb mmg seumur hidup ku tak pernah minum kopi) 
1 tsp vanilla essence 
1 tsp chocolate emulco (saya pakai koko powder je cuma kasi lebih skit - saya pakai 2 tbsp cocoa powder) 
150 ml water 
 
D (mixed and sieved) 
150 high protien flour 
40 gm cocoa powder 
3/4 tsp baking powder 
3/4 tsp soda bicarbonate 
 
E (mixed well) 
50 gm corn flour 
4 nos egg yolks 
100 gm fresh cream 
 
F(beat till smooth) 
500 cream cheese 
salt to taste 
150 gm icing sugar (saya kurangkan 120 gm) 
 
G (beat till fluffy) 
4 nos egg whites 
60 gm castor sugar (saya kurangkan 40gm) 
 
Method:-

  1. Beat A till creamy. Then slowly add in B.
  2. Alternatively fold in C and D, mixed well.
  3. Pour cocoa mivtures into 9" loose base lined square mould.
  4. Bake 180C for 20 minutes.

For cheese mixture

Beat F till smooth, add in E, lastly add in G, then pour over the brownies, bake at 150C for another 40 minutes. Hentakkan loyang supaya bubble keluar. Nak tau dah masak ke belum goyangkan sedikit loyang, kalau tengah cake masih goyang, lum masak lagi. Semasa bakar, letakkan loyang kecil berisi air di bawah oven.
