1 cawan Butter
Yg sy wat campur sume sekali except gula & putau sampai gebu. Then curah gula dlm mixer & biarkan at slow speed sampai lagi gebu.
Butter Cream Icing ( Consistency)
Yields 3 Cups
1 cup / 163g solid white vegetableshortening
1 tsp Wilton Flavour (vanilla, butter or almond) - yang ni mesti colourless
2 tbsp milk or water
1 lb / 454g pure cane confectioners' sugar (icing sugar)
1 tbsp Wilton Meringue Powder
A pinch of salt
Cream shortening, flavours and water. Add dry ingredients and mix on medium speed until all ingredients have been thoroughly mixed together. Blend an additional minute or so, until creamy.
For Thin Consistency: Add 2 tsp water/milk for each cup of stiff consistency icing.
